I just upgraded from 11.0 to 11.1.111 on both my pcs, which have Win2K.

On one (which prompted me to upgrade) everything went fine.

On the other, I took the Check for Upgrades option. It downloaded and installed 11.1.111, but on trying to start the program after restarting Windows I got the message:

This version of Media Center must be activated by running it once with at least Power User privileges.

After this activation, Media Center can be run with only guest privileges.

(Unactivated component: C:\Program Files\J River Media Center 11\mcmimeman.exe)

I have administrator status on both machines.

Help! ?

Try rebooting and reinstalling.

I tried rebooting and that didn't do it, so I'll try reinstalling. Thanks.

OK - reinstalling did the trick.
