That way we always know what the latest build is and where to find it. :)

I would like to report a bug fix. I actually reported it in the build that fixed it but I forgot I had downloaded but not installed.
The problem with conversion and ripping to MP3 format has disappeared.  Before 8.0.372, I had to redownload the MP3 plugin to get the encoding to work. No more. It is now fixed. I even checked it with this build.

It still uses external images instead of that from the tag.

Ok...I know this is a juvenile question...but why will my copy of MJ not perform automatic updates all the time when I ask it to?

starflyer,

I think this has to do with the version on the downloads page. Until a build is deemed stable, it remains here. Once it hits the downloads page the check for updates will usually work.

MJ often hangs after pausing or starting playback from the media keys of a MS Natural Keyboard Pro (and it still opens an aditional explorer window).

Argh! I noticed the up to date most annoying 'feature' in MJ!

When you take properties on the whole Media library (in my case ca 4500 files), the counter window reclaims the focus until it's finished...this MUST be a bug! Or...? Anyway...it's impossible to do anything useful with the computer while it counts :(

I am experiencing crashes when clicking on the Playing Now button after moving through the Media Library/Search windows.  My Playing Now view is almost always Slide Show.

Logitech keyboard multimedia keys still act funky with .375.  Seems like pressing the play button (from stop) works fine, but subsequently two presses are required to pause playback.

If you click the Save button in File Properties while properties are already being saved, MJ crashes.

two simultaneous converts causes crash

quirky one:

If I tell MJB to convert some files, and in the meantime initialize an upload to my Rio, MJB crashes.

Why? 'cause I tagged the convert option in the Rio menu, and apparently MJB can't handle two simultaneous converts.

Yes! This happens, and it is very very annoying. I agree with you, it is the up to date most annoying 'feature' in MJ!

Hope to be solved soon.

Hi,

I simply wanted to send a short note of praise.  I had been looking for a media player that would play not only audio, but video files as well.  I wanted one that would play any format.  When I tried Media Jukebox, I was simply amazed.  Yes, it has crashed a few times, and occasionally it skips every other file, but that is minor.  I am astounded by how well this program works.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful product.

Sincerely,
WriterBob

Bob,
Thank you for the thanks.  Usually a thank-you comes with a "could you".  We're glad you're happy (for the moment).

Thank you for the great program, but could you really make it give my ex-girlfriend rabbies? ;)

Must apologize, I have a compulsive disorder that will not allow me to pass up an opportunity for a stupid joke (they don't let me go to funerals either).

Small irritating bug

After draging an artist folder to another artist folder, to rename the artist, so Björk will be Bjork, for example. After MJB rename the songs artist it jumps to the top of the media library. Shouldn't it stay at the destination folder?
