Are you doing port forwarding on your router for the port you use? And is your firewall open on the port?

I'm seeing an established connection to perbcast.jriver.com on port 80.
I'm also showing as listening on port 11190, albeit with a local address of 0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0 ~ is that 'default' interface or 'all' interfaces? (I only have the one NIC on this machine)

I just reset to port 11180 and immediately got a hit on my broadcast...
