Poppy Ogg's Revisited
« on: September 20, 2002, 11:05:22 am »

FYI:

Under W2000 I had a problem with poppiness during the first 5 to 10 sec's on playback. Cranked playback setting all the way to more skip resistant. It didn't help. Turns out it was occuring when MJ would play a different file format (ie ogg to mp3 and vice versa).

Solution:
Change Output from WaveOut to DirectSound and move slider all the way to More Skip Resistant

Junior Woodchuck?
I guess I need to get my post count up.
I could start a thread titled "What are you listening to THIS MINUTE?"
