Video rm files playing as audio files

Some of my .rm files that are video are opening as audio files and not showing any picture, any solutions?

Under properties, you can edit the "Media Type".  Change it to video.

sorry, i'm obviously missing something, i can find Properties > Media Type anywhere? i'm sure it's simple, but i can't find it... just a little more help?

changed the Media Type to Video, so now the files show up under Video, but when they are played, it is still just the audio... any other possible solutions?

Do you use DirectShow filters to play them? Maybe you need to fix your filters.
