Hi,

I would like to make an observation about the support provided by Jim and Matt to the MJ community.  

I have worked for about 30 years in software development as a developer, designer, manager, and user of many software products and I have NEVER seen this level of proactive responsiveness to a user community!

You have deservedly built a loyal following, and I want to say thanks for a great product and wish you success.

Thanks, Lynn.  Just to be complete, other JRiver staff who contribute to Interact include Yaobing, JohnT, Steve, gateley, Nikolay, and PeterS.

We get as much as we give, I think.  Criticism, ideas, news, ideas, beer recommendations, batch files, criticism, humor (or what passes for it), trip pictures, graffiti, creative use of language, and so on.  It's a big soup and it's fun to be part of it.

Sorry, Trixie.  Mike will get tired of it some day.
