I have a weird problem with Media Server on xppro. A remote xppro wireless pc can connect to and use it fine except when a Pocket PC (Verizon 6700) is connected (via ActiveSync using USB) to the pc on which Media Server is running.
When this happens, the remote pc finds the Media Server but then throws an error that there was a problem connecting to it. It's like the remote pc is trying to connect to the Pocket PC instead of the Media Server pc.
The pc's are on a 192.168.x.x subnet, and the Pocket PC is getting its own 169.254.x.x ip from xppro.
