Dealing with a loss
« on: October 21, 2006, 07:31:55 am »

It's been a couple of weeks now, maybe a month or two. But I'm beginning to really miss my toy. I sold her because we need renovations on the house to create rooms for the kids. Its kinda weird because I expected to have a hard time in the first week or two but it was not so. The worst moment I had was when the guy who bought her came back to tell me how happy he was. It tore me apart to see a stranger ride my bike and talk about it like it was his. Weird really because I couldnt get my brain around the idea that it was no longer mine. Big lump in my throat and trying to smile and couldn't get a word out of my mouth.

At this moment whenever I see my helmet or my worn leather suit I can't help but stare for a moment. This crap is giving me a hard time at the moment and although our house is getting 2 more rooms it doesn't really make it any better.

Couple of pics might help you understand what I'm talking about.

*sigh*
