Hello to everyone. I'm a computer Newbie and during the last few months have re-installed my OS many times due to many problems. Last night i tried to restore my Licence from the net to be informed that i had no restores left. Can any one please help or advise me how i could possible reset my Licence restores. I have read in the forum that this is sometimes possible on a case by case basis. I would very much appreciate any help in this matter and may i wish everyone a Happy New Year

You might want to elaborate a bit about why you've had to re-install your OS so many times, 1. so you can justify your case to JRiver and 2. somebody here might even have some advice for you to avoid this in the future.

Did you know that the license code key (the restore) is good for 14 days? If you're having to install so many times, it would be a good idea to save the key to a floppy or something so you won't have to use a new restore each time. (10 restores @ 14 days each = 140 days).

You had 6 restores on November 20th, that's what made you run out.
