V12 151 stalls on startup

V12 stalls for about 15 seconds after startup at about the 8 second period after opening.

Any reason why it will not take any mouse clicks for that period.  I just installed the latest beta after having some crashing issues with 149.

Due Core 2 E6600 Dell with 4 gigs of memory and lots of HD space.
