It looks like there is a small issue with importing ifo files.  It is 100% repeatable on my system.  Every time I do a manual import (I assume the same thing happens when OTTO imports in the background), the video files get updated in MC.  MC thinks there were external changes even though no changes occurred.

Note:only have 14 ifo files.
