Hello support, I recently upgraded from MC11 to 12 and then got a new computer.  Although my first Install Key worked fine, on the new computer when I try to "Restore" from the main page, it sends my my old Restore # for MC11 - not the new one on 12.  What can I do?  Actually, I never receieved a Restore # when I bought it a few weeks ago -- just the Temporary Install Key.

Here is the only email I received (with license info removed)

You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 12. This product has a limit of 10 restores per year, and you now have 9 restores remaining.

The restore should have activated Media Center on your PC automatically.

The Install Key is attached to this email. It is valid for the next 365 days. To install on another PC, save it on a floppy disk or other media, and execute it on the second PC where you have Media Center installed. If you need an Install Key, generate a new one at the restore page:

Go to the restore page, click on "e-mail" and enter your e-mail address.
It will send you all of your restore codes (there are 4 of them). Choose the MC12 one and enter it in the restore page.
