i have installed jukebox 8 plus on both my pc's and each time i want to add tunes to the library, it scans over the drives, but never adds any and freezes the program. besides dragging and dropping folders individually, why is it not importing?? Kim

Try adding the tunes in smaller groups - see if one tune in particular is failing...
