Update Crash - Cld not start program 'C:....~1\TEMP\InstallPackage - 7928.tmp'

When i attempt to update to the most recent update, it throws an Info Box with
Could not start program 'C:....~1\TEMP\InstallPackage - 7928.tmp' Error Unknown. (31)
Ive killed all the normal suspects eg spyware blockers.
Is there more detail on this error?

Did you try downloading here?
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/MC12/MediaCenter120226.exe

If so, uninstall the version you have, reboot, and re-install 226.
