Some buddy, nows about a tv live program, ESMAS PLAYER? is from Mexico

Is a program installed in my computer, i bought this program but doesnt work, i dont know what i can do....my connection to internet is up to 5 mbs...
Some one, knows about this issue using this program or something like that?
