Cannot create plugin 'MP3ENCODER' Error 80004002

>:(Hi can anyone help?? I get the message CANNOT CREATE PLUGIN 'MP3ENCODER' ERROR 80004002 when I try to convert to MP3....I've tried downloading the plugins several times but to no avail even tough it says 'successfully installed'

what version of MJ are you using?

if your using MJ7 the MJ8 encoders do not work on MJ7 or older.

MC9 is current MJ8 is older

other than.

1. clean out your temp dir
2. uninstall and reinstall MJ8
