MC Overwrtting tracks names on wav files without prompt

My MC is Overwritting my tracknames with the file names for all wav file entries.
I assume that the program is updaing library from tags automatically.
I have now lost all my name fields for all wav files , GRRRRR
how can I turn this feature  oFF??

MC doesn't do that automatically.

You can update filenames from tags with Library tools/Rename files from properties, but be careful.  Try a few before you do very many.

yeah, I didnt do it...
 
What im trying to say is it's LIKE MC has updated lib from tags..
