Media Center 10 License - unable to restore

Hello,

I have media ctr 10 which i bought a few years ago.  I have 2 license files which the program cannot restore. I don't know what email address I used when I bought it and probably don't have the account anymore. 

I'm sure the company has records of my purchase and I'd like to speak with somebody via email or phone but for some reason wasn't able to locate either of those means of contact, so hopefully i can get some help here.

How can i get my program working again?

We can help if you can't solve it, but please try the FAQ here.  It's in my signature below.

You may be able to find your Registration Code in your old e-mail from buy-button at jriver.

The license needs to match whatever you're trying to install.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I checked through the FAQ but my situation isn't listed.  I purchased at least 4 years ago and have no idea what email address I used and all corresponding emails have been lost. The only thing I have as proof of purchase are two license files which I used to restore in the past.

I have the same problem you had, not able to restore with only an .MJR file which has expired.  I was able to restore MC-9, but would like to restore MC-10. How do I contact John, the guy that helped you.  Thanks

Hi

I seem to have the same problem have checked the FAQ and seems there is no help for me because I have what is called entertainment connection media manager so not sure if 10 or lower.  I can remember the original email with the license key symbols and I no longer have that email address or email and would like to transfer the media center to my new computer or just have license for restore having some issues but don't want to mess with since I have no way of restoring it if I goof it up more. I guess my question is there anything I can do or not to get license key info or will just have to stay on old computer>

Thanks so much John I got the email with code but says no restores so not sure if I cannot restore or that I never have restored since original install.
