Restoring License

Jim,

I need help restoring my MC 12 license.  I did use the Restore page but that only sent me my old MC 11 license.  I upgraded to MC 12 while it was in beta.  I did try sending you a private message but I couldn't get that function to work.

Please advise.  Thank you for your assistance.

There's only an MC11 in our system.  If you can find your receipt (from buy-button at jriver.com), please e-mail me with details.  jimh at jriver.

I did find my MC 12 license.  I upgraded from 11 to 12 during the beta period.  Would you like me to send you the email showing proof of purchase and license number so your records can be updated?

If You Use A Different E-Mail Address You Will need To Use That One To Get The License.

I Have Licenses Under Two E-Mail Addresses

Jim Probably Looked At The One You Registered In the Forum With.
