iMPORTING CUSTOM FIELDS MC 11 to MC 12

Is it possible to import your custom fields and files from MC 11 to MC 12? I have tried but it dosen't seem to work when I simply import the music files. I also tried making the custom field in MC12, then reimporting, it still didn't work. MC12 is useless to me if I have to manually re-enter data for my custom fields.

If you know the names of the fields, add them to MC12.  If they match, the data will be there if it is in the tag.

Is this for real that MC12 doesn't migrate custom fields automatically? If so, I may not ever be able to move to MC12 as my database schema has been tremendously extended.

The data will be there, but it won't display until you add a field to the view.
