Fer what it is worth... I have used this service. Easy, fast, great selection and the music is well done. Just moved the files where I wanted and imported into MC12.... :)

I've been using it a bit, but they appear to be VBR at approx 256kbps rather than exactly 256 CBR.  This is a VERY good thing as far as I'm concerned, but I figured I'd post and let everyone know.

The Amazon store is now available from within MC12 (latest builds on the MC12 board) and also from the new free Media Jukebox 12.  JRiver gets a small commission, so we appreciate your support.

It's U.S. only at this point, but I've heard a rumor of at least a U.K. store coming.

Single downloads can be managed by MC.  Album downloads require the Amazon downloader.

It's a very nice store and the quality of the tracks is excellent.

I'm having trouble using the Amazon store from within MC.  I tried purchasing a track yesterday, and I got to the page where I was supposed to be able to download my track (where you are prompted) but I couldn't do it.  I have MC configured correctly.  Any ideas?  I have the latest beta of MC12.

You need:

1.  The Amazon downloader installed
2.  A very recent build of MJ12 or MC12 from the boards
3.  In some cases, you have to do the "click here" in this paragraph from the downloader page:

The last biggie is finally onboard... Sony BMG announced that they will now sell MP3s on the Amazon MP3 store.  No more reason to ever use the iTunes store!!!
