How well do we support you?

A snap poll such as this isn't going to prove much. Sticky it so results can be seen over time and change the question from how well do we compare to how well do we support you.

I'll sticky it, but I don't understand what you have in mind with the second part.  Maybe you can explain.

I don't recall many people complaining that JRiver support is not as good as someone else. Just that support here could be a lot better than it is. For this product.

I wish it were better, but we can't spend $100 of time to sell a $40 product.  I started the poll to see how people thought we were doing relative to other companies and, so far, I'm surprised at the results.  It will take a few days to see where we really stand.
