Library Server Not Found

Since the latest couple of releases, I am having trouble starting library server. Keeps coming back saying "Library Server not found" despite it being active

Any Ideas?

Firewall? 

Same version on both sides?

Reboot?

Try connecting to it by IP address.

same version on both and MC12 allowed in Firewall/Norton

I've tested this in build 363 and it is working.

Maybe your IP address changed?
