Charged for multiple upgrades, received none
« on: February 11, 2008, 05:00:21 pm »

Company folks,

I recently ran through the upgrade process a few times, each time trying to upgrade from 11 to 12.  I believe it was two full times that I ran through it only to get to "recently downloaded" or something, where I couldn't do the upgrade because your system thought I had already done it.  And I looked at my credit card statement, and i had been charged for both times.

How, in this forum supoort world of yours, do i get this matter corrected?

I do?  I checked my private mail and both of my email addresses... but it wouldn't seem that way.

Still haven't heard from you. Please send me an e-mail (address above), we'll see if that gets through.
