I am sure this is possible but dont know what tools do it...

Say I have a large WAV file that is undivided (concert recording) and want to insert track breaks... What tool will do this to make a cue sheet out of a WAV so I can then make an APL to match the APE...

If this is stupidly easy (in EAC or MA or MJ) apologies but I have only been getting into the audio side of PC's for a little while...
