I am actually seeing a bit of a performance hit with .492. On the whole things are speedier, but I'm observing playback duration freeze and MC lockouts (playback uninterrupted) during track crossfades, and a memory footprint of 300mb with 5 tabs using Tiles. I can't seem to get my Vista machine to climb that high using the same number of tabs.
