Windows Platforms?
« on: May 11, 2008, 04:33:17 pm »

Hi.  I'm looking for a program such as Media Jukebox that will run on an IBM with Windows 98.  I've downloaded Media Jukebox 12, and it runs fine in THIS machine, which has XP, but when I try to load it into the older one with '98, it gets to a screen "Setup is preparing Install Wizard....", the activity bar moves across the window, then the whole thing disappears.

Am I wasting my time trying to load it into Windows 98?  The operating systems FAX box lists a couple of other main operating systems, but nowhere have I found anything that says what Windows platforms are needed.

Thanks

It's been a long time since I've tried, but Win98 might work if you have SP2 installed for it.
