Who answers these posting, consumers or MJ employees?

Why can't I get an answer to my post below as a paying customer?

maybe because you just posted it, and maybe someone does not know the answer to it with the limited information you submited.

Since this is a 'community of developers and users' I am happy with any help I get.

I guess my point is why, after paying $25, can you not call for tech support?  I feel that MJ should have their own tech support staff not rely on users.  I thought that was one of the main motivators for people to purchase software rather than stealing it (not just MJ but every company).

Pete,
It's the way it is.  We don't provide phone support.  If you'll try this, you'll find it usually works well.

Many answers can be found by reading other posts or the FAQ.
