Error restoring

 ? I purchased your product and was upgraded, after the 30 days expired for the trial the product disappeared. When I enter the license number to restore an error message occurs saying license not found. I double checked the number by e-mail and the number was correct. What is the problem?

It's possible that the license is not for the version you're using.

Please try the link called "Purchase" above.  It explains how license work.  If you have questions, please post again.
