"right click->save as..." functionality
« on: June 11, 2008, 07:57:07 pm »

Hi all!

Just as the title suggests, I want to right click on links and save them to disk.  Is this possible?

Thanks,
vnum

There is an option to copy files by right clicking and then edit, is that would you are looking for?

Thank you for your quick response, gummbah.  I can see now that I was insufficiently descriptive.

I mean within the web browser.  So for instance, I go to google images and want to save an image to disk.  If I were using a web browser, I would right click on the "see full-size image" link and save it to disk.  However, I cannot do that in media center, as far as I know.  Can I actually do this or something similar, or do I just need to use a different web browser?

Use a separate browser window.

Right click on the image and choose "copy".

Open the blank album cover image in MC's tag window.

Right click on it and choose "paste".

I believe drag and drop may also work.
