Portable install - where's the last.fm plugin?

I've recently tried the portable install, and everything is working fine, except the last.fm plugin is not available at all.

I can see that the int_audioscrobbler.dll file is in the plugins folder, but when I try to add it manually nothing happens. No error message. I just get back to the plugin manager like it succeeded.

But the last.fm plugin is not listed under services and plugins and my plays are not sent to last.fm.

Suggestions?

Not all plug-ins work with the portable installation.
