Could not restore my license

I have used the restore function already in the past without problems. Last time was in May 2007 and the mail says I have 8 restores left. Today I set up my PC with a clean install of .520 and tried to restore. The webpage tells me that my license is not valid. I tried the support pages but none of them worked (email seems to be not known by the system, or I can not remember the correct address). I purchased in 2006 with paypal and have my trans-code, but again the mail address is the problem.

How can I get support?

If you're Marc, I see only an MC11 license.  A download link for 11.1 is on the FAQ on the MC12 board.

If not, send me details.  I'm jimh at jriver.

I received the e-mail and forwarded it to gateley.  We should be able to get this done tomorrow.
