Hi. I hope somebody can help. First things first. Great to see that Juke Box is free. Thank You.

I am having a problem getting Juke Box to give the any details of a cd I insert. I have tried going to 'Get Info From YADB' but get nothing.  As a comparison, when I used MediaMonkey it would automatically scan the cd and give all the information. To make sure it wasn't a faulty tagged cd I tried it in MediaMonkey and Juke Box. Alas Juke Box didn't put in the details. Have I configured it correctly?

What CD? Different programs use different on-line databases.

Hi John,

Just a standard music cd. In this instance John Fogerty's Revival. I scan and nothing shows except track numbers.

Are you connected to the Internet?
Did you try right clicking on the CD (in the drives and devices part of the tree) and choosing
Lookup from Internet?

I went to the tree as you suggested and it is now fine. I must (am) getting old!
