I have purchase Media Center 12.0
I have received the license file
When trying to install it I get the message: "Your license file is not valid for Media Center"
I restored the license twice over the Internet.
I still get the same file (and message)

I would be grateful if you could solve the problem.
Otherwise I will claim my money back.

Please try updating MC12.  12.0.531 is at the top of this board.

Install Keys are only good for 14 days.  After that, you'll need to restore, using your Registration Code.  More is in our wiki here:

If that doesn't help, please post more details.  Do not post your license.

Edit: The only license I see for A S....s is for an MP3 encoder.  It works with our Media Jukebox 12 program.  Is that what you have?

What is your MC12 build version? It must be a very recent build if you just purchased the license.

From the pinned MC13 thread at the top of this board:
"Purchasers of MC12 since August 8, 2008 have received an MC13 license.  Any MC13 license will also work with recent versions of MC12."

I don't know if an older MC12 build would now allow to go through the purchase process, but if that is what happened, you can install a newer build. You can find the latest MC12 build from the release thread in this board.

Thank you for your prompt response. It seems that you are right; I have MP3encoder installed. I really thought I had purchased the license. Maybe it was just my impression because I had recently gone through the order process for the encoder. I am going to purchase the main program right now.

If you have more than one PC remember to start the purchase process on a PC that has the MP3 encoder license installed.
