This program is okay but, can you guys develop a program that's like similar to DirectDVD/Mp3 liquid burn from Orion Studios www.orionstudios.com ?
The only problem is, there programs does not work on Windows 2000 and, Windows 2000 is all I have. Just mimick that program also, they have other good players you might wanna check out. Also, DirectDVD does not play media files just DVD's. I'm not saying to infridge on copyright work only to somehow, copy it. The point is, if you do that this jukebox will increse sale records dramaticaly :)!!!!!!!!!

Are you suggesting that Media Jukebox write a DVD decoder package ?? Thats a little far from thier core audio application (though I belive MJ may be able to utilize decoders depending on directshow filtergraphs ?? Jim ?? )...

Also whats wron with all the other PC DVD apps out there like TheaterTek / PowerDVD / WinDVD / Cineplayer / ATI Player or front ends like Zoomn Player ??

The Direct DVD site says it works with ALL windows OS's...

But what is it that DirectDVD offers that the big name players dont...

DirectDVD doesn't even decode DTS... It looks like a bush league entrant to me but then I have not used it... What about its feature set is it that you need ?

PhatPhreddy, you should try their software before actually
believing a scan company like "Orion Studios." Their programs only
work on Windows XP I know this because, I tried it on all operating
systems. And, Windows XP it actually ran the DVD. And, the company
is a major scam. Look at http://www.download.com  and search for
DirectDVD you will see numerous positive opinions from the company.
This is a trick from the company to make you buy it. Turn on the
negatives and, you will see tons of disapointed users that actually are
telling the truth. Also, they never reply to their emails 'cause,
their flooded with pissed of customers. Peter, don't count on
Media Jukebox to help you on your idea hehehe. And another thing,
other DVD players I have tried do not have as many features as DirectDVD.
so, I guess that why peter bothered I guess.
