When I send files to Burn CD e.g. from a playlist they don't all go accross e.g. if I have 15 files in a playlist and click on Burn CD only 12 might go accross.

Any help appreciated

Possibly the files don't exist, either deleted or on an inaccessible network drive. Try playing them.
If you have an old version of MJ, filenames that were too long to burn (on a data format CD) would simply not burn. Newer versions give a warning about filenames getting truncated.
