Screen format still not right
« on: October 28, 2008, 06:31:07 pm »

Jim:

I tried Tools/Options/Tree & View/Show Gridlines but that still doesn't
give me the format I had originally.  The songs have about a 2 inch
space between them instead of one straight line across and one on
top of the other.  Can you give me an email address that I can send
you a screen shot of what it is now and what it was.

Thanks,

Skylar

Try the new Customize View.  Right click on any view in the tree to begin.

It allows you to customize either the top or bottom or both.  What you want is "Grouping: None", I believe.

OK, its almost back to normal but just a few more questions:

1).  Why isn't MC13 copying over the formats from MC12 when update
is done, instead of having to redo them over again.  Is there a
file that I should backup then copy into MC13 directory to save
      these formats?

2).  My MC12 audio listing has light and darker lines to separate the
songs, how do I get those back in.

Thanks for the help.

For the lighter/darker lines, it may be that the "skin effects" are different between the two versions.  I would make sure that you are using the same skin and that the Brightness/Contrast is set the same between the versions.
