Only getting 30 second songs

I tried playing Rush's Feedback album and I just got 30 second songs. Even if I was logged in...

When the player progressed to the next album, It played the full songs.

Yes, Yahoo Music Was Like That Too.

I Think It Is A Music Licensing Issue, Not Sure

Occasionally a track or an album will not be available for streaming.  This is a licensing issue, and should be the same in all stores.  For whatever reason, the rights have not been granted.
