How/where do I buy an MP3 encoder and integrate this with MJ-12?

In MJ, if you try to encode, you should be able to download our MP3 encoder plug-in.  It's $9.98.

OK I go to Tools/Options/Encoding and click on download more encoders and all I get is the option to download a Wavepak encoder.  Give me a little more help please.

It should be automatic if you attempt to encode anything to MP3.  Try ripping a disk and change the settings for encoder first.
