Syncing m4a files to Zen

Has anyone successfully copied m4a files to a Creative Zen?  I know the Zen plays m4a files as I can drag'n'drop files from Explorer to the zen and have them play.  However, when I use Media Center to sync a playlist with m4a files in it they do not appear on the zen.  MC does say they've been copied and gives a file path to them, but they don't show up when browsing on the zen.  If anyone has experience with syncing with the zen I'd love to hear from you.  Thanks,

I'm using Media Jukebox.  Do you have any info on sync'ing m4a files to the zen with MJ, or any ideas why they're not showing up on the zen?  A bit of additional info: it appears that they are actually copied to the zen but don't show up on its browser.  I say this because if I use the Creative Zen Explorer software to look at the files on the zen it does show the m4a files, but they don't show up from the zen itself.
