Using 2 Monitor - Columns not resizeable
« on: May 19, 2009, 07:51:31 am »

I am from germany and at first I have to apologize for my english - hope you understand what I mean...

I am using 2 Monitor and MC ist maximized on both see as follows
thats interisting because I can see all informations at once
without having to scroll

I use a view, where on the top are (others possible)
4 columns ie 'Genre, Artist, Album, Moods' (see pic above)
so I can sort quickly the kind of music I want to hear.
But the columns are not resizeable,
and so one of the columns is between the two monitors and not always comfortable to see.

The same problem ist the following view,
where the Album-pic and the song text is shown.
But its in the center and again between the monitors.

I tried all to change but without luck - So If you now how to change please tell me

If the resize of this columns on the top
(not the columns where the tags of the music is shown)
or to decenter the Album/songtext
is possible in MC13 please let me know.

This was posted on the wrong board.  I would move it, but I don't know which version of MC you use.

I don't know of a way to do what you want, other than to leave full screen and move the window.

You could try detaching MC's Display window so you have two windows.

I am using version 10

leaving full screen is no solution because the window has to be smaller then so that I cant see all what I want. (I tried already)

Because of your third tip - I tried it just now but in version 10 it seems not possible to detach these windows.

So I would be pleased if you could post this to the right board.

thanks
