Despite email to the contrary - Account still not working

Tried the steps in the email.  Still getting no active subscription error.

We'll check the status of your account and let you know, but it will be tomorrow.

Try re-entering your credit card, also.

Same here Jim. Fresh install of PMC and had already reentered card info, to no avail.

What steps? What email? Why isn't anything at all on the performermc.com home page? This "bear with us" attitude with no explanation is ridiculous.

Here are DarkPenguin's instructions from another thread:

Login.  The "Login" button will change to the "Account" button.  If you click on the "Account" button you'll see an option for "Change subscription".  Pick a subscription and follow the prompts.

Right now you have a valid account but no subscription.  So you just need to add the subscription.

If you aren't receiving e-mail it may be getting sorted into a spam folder.

This process has been followed so many times already. It's two radio buttons... Yes chgd subscription, reeentered account info. I'd go so far as to cancel my account and sign back up, but for the fact that I've already paid and waited for no service. I don't want to pay double.
But, there's an idea for you. Set up a new account. See if it works. Let us know.
Is it a subscription issue or a rights issue? Has anyone noticed any strange log files relating to DRM?  Failures, failures and problems connecting to the "store"?  
When I go to the store I normally come back with plenty, but around here I'm coming back empty handed. This spoiled girl doesn't like that. :'(

There is a disconnect between two databases.  I'm looking into it now.

:o :)  :) DarkPenguin, JimH... Just wanted to let you know, as of late last night I opened Performer and instantly knew it was going to work because there was no delay in start-up as had been the case lately. Login was all that was needed. I haven't done any in depth playing around yet as I am in still bogged down otherwise and I've got to find time to sleep. Anyway, so far so good. Full song playbacks, downloads are pretty fast. If only I hadn't chosen this period to do a complete restore on the system I use for my media, and completely changed my file set up, I wouldn't have to redo my entire library.  ::)

Sorry for the headaches you probably suffered and sorry I seemed a bit peeved at times, but sometimes that's what we have to do. Hey, I catch it on my end too. Still love and admire you guys... Keep doing what you do!! ;)

I Reinstalled PMC 101 And It Did Not Allow Over 30 Seconds Play Untill I Clicked On The "Change Subscription"
