What Happened to Flac Ripping? Full White Noise
« on: October 23, 2009, 06:20:00 pm »

I just updated to .88 (skipped .84) and when I ripped some CDs, several tracks are completely and fully white noise.  Loud, terrifying white noise.

I noticed the encoder settings got reset too because I had to manually change quality back to 8 (from default of 6).

I just ripped a couple of CDs. The files are fine and play normally.

Could you guys post more details? It would be useful to find out if the problem is somehow reproducible or if it appears to be completely random.

Please use the other thread because it already contains a bit more info than this thread.
