ASIO for ears version

If V8 is the ears version and V9 is for eyes.

Why cant we have ASIO added to V8.

I have no eyes so upgrading to V9 seems pointless.

Some of the "high end" features like ASIO and multi-zone playback are only available in MC.  Not certain about the future.

honestly mikeh, i'd like to see this feature added to v8 aswell.

i use v8 as a player on my studio PC.
and v9 on my household PC for the features.

it would be nice.

I think that V8 will be on hold for a long time until V9 is out and stable.


Today i decided to got to V9 and just not use the new features - i just want the Audio features that are there.

Actually i dont see the point in a V8 for ears only if V9 for eyes has more ears featues.

JimH - why dont you just scrap V8 at some stage and concentrate on V9.
