Seek not working

It seems as of recently (maybe since I switched to WASAPI) it seems like I can't seek a track (backwards) in the last 10-20 seconds of the song. Earlier, it works fine, and after that it forces the next track to play before I can adjust it. Any ideas?

It looks like a prebuffering issue...I had it set at 20 seconds and once those were loaded, it started refusing to seek.
