if you permanently want to change comment to location you change that in manage library fields -> display
if you want to change this in this view only, you have to use an expression

Press CTRL+O or Tools > Option
Library & Folders > Manage Library Fields...
Scroll down and click "Comment", in the display field replace "Comment" with "Location", in the display (plural) field replace "Comments" with "Locations"
Do the same with Notes.

Another option is to create a custom field. You do this in the Manage Library Field window, in the bottom left side of the window click Add New Field. Type" Location" in the new window and press ok. You might also want to change the data type from "string" to "List (semicolon delimited)".

string is the default and acts like the comment field, name field, album field, etc...
List (semicolon delimited) acts like the "Keywords" field

Close all windows by clicking by ok.

Select all your files and right click > Library Tools > Move / Copy fields...
In the Source field use "Comment"
In the Destination field use the new field "Location"
In the Action field use "Move (clear source)"

Advantage of using custom fields is that you can leave the default field for what they were intended for. I noticed that you are using the Keywords field as a List (semicolon delimited) genre field. You can easily create a custom Genre field call Genres instead of using the Keywords field.

I don't recommend using stock fields and renaming them to something unrelated.

It's better to create new fields and use them.  You create fields in the same place you rename fields.
