OK guys, went for the upgrade, I am now licensed for ver 15, previous owner of 13.

Just an observation: ITS TOO COMPLICATED!!!. I had uninstalled 13 and was trying 14, had to:
1. Uninstall 14, previoulsy exporting database
2. Reinstall 13
3. Do the upgrade purchase (it went OK)
4. Restore database and settings
5. Uninstall 13

Whyyyy is it so complicated  ? , installing and uninstalling software in windows is ALWAYS risky!!!

It would be so easy to have to log in an online database, with licence credentials, pay and get a new licence without having to go trough ALL those steps!!

Any way, its done, and 15 IS looking GOOD

You can have more than one version of MC running on a computer at a time. There is no reason to uninstall 13 to try out 14 etc.. They work fine. I frequently have 3 versions at a time on my computer...

gvanbrunt, ok I understand that, but it should be optional, I for one like to suppoprt people who make software I use by paying (what else haha) but there ARE easier methods than this one!-.

Any way, itīs just a suggestion for the team.

I could be wrong here, but I have a strong feeling that uninstalling v13 does not remove your v13 license, meaning that your v15 upgrade would most likely have went without a hitch without requiring you to reinstall v13.
