Yet another Paypal ??

Trying to purchase 14, but the transaction requires a credit card # due to not enough funds, even though I have more than enough to cover the payment. Paypal states the funds are avail. Whats up wit dat? Thanks.

Sorry about that.  Sometimes paypal transactions don't complete.  You could try later, or ask paypal.
