mc15 free download syncs music but not video

Do I need to buy to enable movie sync? Media center confirmed complete sync but only audio files were transferred.

The trial version is a full version.

What are you trying to "sync"?  A handheld?  You may need to set conversion.

thanks for quick response. mc15 looks like it encoded dvd in window media. cowon s9 plays format AVI, WMV.
a folder shows up in database on s9 but it looks just like the jpg images only.

When I downloaded mc15 30 day trial, I opted to "select all" on format options. I read a a previous posting of someone's trouble syncing to a handheld because of plug-in's?

Check the MC options for the device when it is connected.  Open Handhelds in the Action Window, then click on the little button in the upper left.

handheld was activated for video through action window. When I click on movie in mc15 it plays, but on handheld it shows as a 16kb .ifo file with unplayable files. Should I delete from harddrive and rerip?
