Covert art

I upgraded yesterday to the new version 58 and most of my thumbnail cover art vanished.

I am finding them with quickfind, but how do I keep them there?

In MC options, for View, you can choose to rebuild all thumbnails.

If I do that will it not replace my downloaded art with something from inside the movie?
